“Randy, have you ever considered the impact you could have working with First Responders?”

This thought-provoking question was posed by a rookie firefighter more than 12 years ago. That initial inquiry set a significant course that ultimately led to the founding of Responder Impact. It also created the opportunity to serve as a fire and police chaplain in the North Texas region, allowing for meaningful connections and support within the community.

When not engaged in work-related activities, Randy enjoys spending quality time hanging out with his beloved wife Jennifer, along with his extended family and their precious grandbaby. Additionally, he finds great joy in woodworking, hunting and other outdoor activities.

Wherever Randy goes, he usually has a loyal shadow in the form of a very sweet Border Collie named Boudreaux (more affectionately known as Boo).
