Randy Creech

Founder; Director

Randy is the founder and director of Responder Impact.  He recently took on the responsibilities for the City of Frisco, TX as the Fire and Police Chaplain.  For 35 years, he served with a community ministry before launcing Responder Impact in 2011. Randy has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 30 years and has 3 grown children.

 

 

 

Dan Mossakowski

Board Member

Dan is a financial advisor with Edward Jones and a school board member with Frisco ISD.  He and Sally have 2 sons and a daughter.  Dan has invested thousands of hours in the Frisco community and when he is not engaged with work or family he most likely can be found at a local high school sporting event.

 

 

 

Jim Kay

Board Member

Jim has been involved in several aspects of the Energy Field for over 30 years, having spent time in Sales, Marketing and Operations.  He and his family spent 2 years in Singapore on an assignment with his current company.  Jim has been married to Teresa for 39 years, has two married daughters and two grandkids.  He and his wife enjoy outdoor activities and  ballroom dancing

 

 

 

Bill Oglesby

Board Member

For 28 years Bill worked in the Consumer Package Industry with Cadbury Scheppes/Dr Pepper, Coca Cola and Duracell.  In 2010 he become the owner operator of 3 JC Burger House Restaurants in Plano, Allen and McKinney.  Bill and his wife Sue have three children and reside in Frisco.  They are members and actively involved at Preston Trail Community Church.

 

 

 

Jerry Profeta

Board Member

Jerry and his wife Karen are Texas transplants from Southern California.  Since 2008 Jerry has been an officer with Frisco PD.  He and Karen along with their 2 boys are involved at Frisco Bible Church.  When not in uniform or hanging out with his family you will find Jerry on his bike or fly fishing for trout.

 

 

 

Matt Graham

Board Member

Matt has been married to his wife Jayma for 15 years and has 2 children.  He is a Lieutenant with The Frisco Fire Department and has served the City of Frisco for 13 years.  He and his family are members of First Baptist McKinney where he serves as a Deacon and is on the Medical Team.  Matt enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.
